Clinical Supervision
A dedicated space for counsellors to reflect on their cases, work through clinical challenges, and meet professional supervision requirements. Open to counsellors at any stage of their career and in any specialty.
Ideal for meeting ACA, PACFA, or other professional body supervision hour requirements. Available in person in Joondalup and online across Australia.
What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision is a structured, confidential professional relationship in which a qualified supervisor supports a counsellor to reflect on their practice, develop their skills, and navigate the ethical and emotional dimensions of their work.
It is a requirement for registration and ongoing membership with most professional bodies in Australia, including the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Regular supervision helps you to:
- Examine patterns and assumptions
- Strengthen your clinical skills and case conceptualisation
- Navigate ethical dilemmas with clarity and support
- Manage countertransference and the emotional weight of the therapeutic relationship
- Prioritise your own wellbeing and prevent burnout
- Meet the supervision hour requirements of your professional membership
Is this supervision right for me?
Our supervision is open to all counsellors, regardless of specialty, client base, or professional background. You do not need to work in any specific area to book.
Whether you are early in your career and building your confidence, an established practitioner navigating complex cases, or simply someone who wants to grow professionally and feel less alone in your practice, you are welcome here.
