Who We Treat
Our Individual Counselling services support adults and teenages (aged 14+) seeking support for a wide range of challenges including grief, anxiety, depression and trauma recovery
We support Couples and Families of all shapes and sizes address issues such as trust issues, family alienation, navigating the complexities of blending families, and resolving relationship strain through improved communication and conflict resolution.

ACA Registered Counsellor
I hold a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Counselling, and specialised training in grief and trauma under renowned experts like David Kessler.
My experience is complemented by over two decades of international experience in mediation and conflict resolution and certification as an end-of-life doula, obtained during my time in working hospice care (ACA: 29093).
