End-of-Life Services

We offer specialised support for unique grief experiences. This includes end-of-life counselling, death doula services, help with creating legacy and memory projects, and support for caregivers.

Specialised Services

Our expert End-of-Life counsellor is a trained and certified death doula with extensive experience supporting patients through their final transition.

Whether you are supporting a loved one nearing the end of their life or preparing for your own, it’s normal to feel a wave of mixed emotions. Anticipatory grief, fear, sadness, and even moments of guilt or frustration are all part of this challenging experience.

Every end-of-life experience is unique, and our services are carefully designed to meet a range of emotional and relational needs. This includes:

  • Anticipatory Grief – Guidance as you prepare for an imminent loss.
  • Practical support conversations: helping families talk through what matters most and what support is needed
  • Family Dynamics – Mediation and counselling to address conflicts, fears, or misunderstandings.
  • Processing Overwhelming Emotions – Support as you work through powerful feelings of loss and uncertainty.
  • Finding Meaning and Peace – Help to create a sense of closure or legacy.
  • Vigil sitting and presence: calm, compassionate support during the final days or hours.

Clients who are part of our End-of-Life Services may elect to receive their support in the comfort of their own home, when travel is no longer possible. No-one should face their final journey alone, and we are here to support you until the end.
