Payment and Insurance
How to pay.
Payment is required in full at the end of each session. Payment for online sessions will be processed via the card we have on file at the end of the session. For in-person sessions we accept debt and credit cards.
Insurance rebates
Counselling services are eligible for rebates from most major private health insurances, subject to your level of cover. Please see read below for details of which health insurances each of our therapist is a registered with.

Our Clarkson clinic is designed to feel less like a clinical office and more like a comfortable sanctuary. Riggs and Momo, the resident therapy cats, provide a quiet, non-judgmental presence that helps lower stress during tough conversations.
(If you have allergies or prefer a cat-free session, simply let us know on your intake form).
Tracy works with couples and those considering divorce. She has a strong interest and specialisation in grief and personal growth.
